What is the energy of my wave based on my mass?

Because of Wave-Particle Duality we know that we as people act as particles, but a very infinitesimally small part of all people also behave as a wave. A friend of mine told me to try and figure out the energy of that wave based on my mass. Can anyone throw me in the right direction? Formulas? Scientists? Please helpOKEverything has an associated wavelength, through the de Broglie formulalambda = h/p ; h is Planck's constant and p is your momentum.Take a typical person who masses 70kg, moving at walking speed of about 2m/s. Their momentum is 140kg m/sTheir de Broglie wavelength is therefore of the order of 4.7E-36m
